OPENING HOURS & KITCHEN
1. What time does the kitchen close?
The kitchen closes every day at 9:45 PM. That is when the last orders are taken.
2. Can I order during the break?
On Friday to Sunday, from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM, it is not possible to order. Guests are welcome to stay, enjoy their drinks, or eat the food already ordered.
RESERVATIONS, GROUPS & DEPOSIT
1. What happens if I arrive late for my reservation?
If guests arrive more than 20 minutes late without calling us, we may give the table to other guests.
2. Why do you ask for a deposit for weekend reservations?
We ask for a deposit of €10 per person for weekend reservations. This helps to prevent no-shows. The deposit is taken off your final bill. If you cancel at least 2 hours before your booking, you get your deposit back.
3. Can I come with a big group and get a set menu?
Yes, that is possible. Please contact us by email, and we will send you the set menu and discuss the options.
4. How many people can sit at one table?
A maximum of 8 people can sit at one table. Bigger groups will need more than one table, placed next to each other.
MENU & DIET
1. Is the menu halal?
Yes, our menu is 100% halal and has no pork.
2. Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes, we have several vegetarian dishes. Our Szechuan and Miso broths are vegetarian.
3. Which broths are vegan?
Only the Miso broth is vegan (no meat, fish, dairy, eggs, or other animal products). The Szechuan broth has traces of animal products, so it is not vegan.
4. Which broths are gluten-free?
6 of our 7 broths are gluten-free. Only the Miso broth has gluten.
5. Which broths are sesame-free?
6 of our 7 broths are sesame-free. Only the Szechuan broth has sesame.
6. Which broths are soy-free?
3 broths contain soy: Japan-Miso, China-Szechuan, and Thailand-Tom Yum. The other 4 are soy-free.
7. Do you offer special diet options?
Yes, we have a full list of ingredients and allergens so you can choose dishes that fit your diet. If you have more questions, please email us.
FACILITIES & EXTRA INFORMATION
1. Is there parking nearby?
Yes, there is plenty of parking close to the restaurant.
2. Is WiFi available?
Yes, free WiFi is available for all guests.
3. Can I bring my own cake for a special occasion?
Yes, that is allowed. We charge €2.50 per person for serving it.
4. Can I take leftovers home?
Yes, guests can take leftovers home in a takeaway box.
5. Are pets allowed in the restaurant?
No, pets are not allowed in the restaurant for hygiene reasons.
6. Do you have a baby changing table or tools for children?
Yes, we have a baby changing table. We also offer children’s chopsticks, small tongs, or regular cutlery.
7. Is the restaurant all-you-can-eat?
No, we have an à la carte menu. Dishes can be shared (shared dining).
8. Can I buy a gift card?
Yes, gift cards are available. You can buy them on our website or in the restaurant.
